 Force blader: the most exertion of poison

When referring to force blader, we all should think about its poison, but how much HP can be poisoned? Both the poison of force assault and force slash is 62, while that of force and infernal impact are 67. However, I still find that there is some connection between poison and personal attack. My skill 601is to fight with a def +800 warrior, and cast force assault poison on him and inflict 49damage, but not 62. While when I hit a blader with a +600def, cast poison 4times on him and inflict 273 damage.

But I don't know whether the poison has some connection with assault and extra damage rate added.
